1. Who We Are

Nexus Media Network ("we," "us," "our") is the content distribution arm of The Paradox, an AI engineering studio building agentic systems for businesses across the US, UK, Australia, and Canada. We operate a portfolio of 69 branded short-form video channels across YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. This policy describes how we handle information in connection with our publishing platform and website.

2. Information We Collect

• Contact Information: When you reach out (partnerships, licensing, press), we collect your name, email address, and the contents of your message.
• YouTube API Data: Our publishing platform uses the YouTube Data API v3 to upload videos to channels owned and operated by Nexus Media Network. Through Google OAuth 2.0, our application requests the youtube.upload scope, which permits uploading videos to authorized YouTube channels. We do not access, read, or store your personal YouTube watch history, subscriptions, private playlists, or any data belonging to channels we do not own.
• Performance Analytics: We collect aggregated, non-personal analytics on video performance (views, watch time, engagement rates) for channels we operate. This data informs editorial and scheduling decisions only.
• Website Telemetry: Standard, anonymized server logs (pages visited, timestamps). No cross-site tracking, no advertising identifiers.

3. How We Use YouTube API Services

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres strictly to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements:

• YouTube API Services are used solely to upload video content to YouTube channels owned and operated by Nexus Media Network.
• We do not transfer, sell, or share YouTube API data with third parties.
• We do not use YouTube API data for advertising or ad-targeting purposes.
• We do not use YouTube API data to train general-purpose machine learning or AI models.
• Human access to API data is limited to the engineering team operating the publishing pipeline, on a need-to-know basis.

4. Data Storage and Security

OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted at rest (AES-256/Fernet) in our credential store. Tokens are never written to plaintext logs. Production secrets are held in an encrypted vault with restricted access. We retain API credentials only for as long as required to operate the publishing platform.

5. Your Data Rights & Deletion

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing contact@nexusmedia.network with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Verified requests are processed within 30 days.

Separately, you may revoke our application's access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account permissions page. Revocation takes effect immediately — all API calls stop, and stored tokens are purged within 30 days of revocation.

6. Third-Party Services

Our publishing platform integrates with:

• Google YouTube Data API v3 — subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) APIs — subject to Meta's platform terms.

7. Children's Privacy

Our services are directed at a general audience and are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. International Transfers

The Paradox operates from India with clients and audiences across the US, UK, Australia, and Canada. Data may be processed in these regions under appropriate safeguards.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect operational or legal changes. Material revisions will be noted with a new "Last updated" date above. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
